About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Zscaler Solutions Engineer with strong expertise in Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to support enterprise-level Zero Trust and secure remote access initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting ZPA solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.

This role requires deep technical knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, secure access technologies, networking fundamentals, and cloud security platforms.

The candidate should be capable of independently driving deployments, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional security and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, configure, and manage Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions for enterprise customers.

- Deploy and maintain Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architectures using ZPA.

- App Connectors

- Service Edges

- Access Policies

- Segment Groups

- Browser Access

- Manage onboarding and migration of enterprise applications to ZPA.

- Support enterprise Zero Trust transformation initiatives.

- Implement secure remote access solutions for internal applications and services.

- Define and enforce granular access control policies based on identity, application, and device posture.

- Work closely with security teams to align ZPA deployments with enterprise security standards and compliance requirements.

- Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, latency, and access-related issues in ZPA environments.

- Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolution for production incidents.

- Monitor platform health, traffic patterns, and security events.

- Support upgrades, patches, and platform optimization activities.

Infrastructure & Integration :

- Identity Providers (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, ADFS)

- SIEM platforms

- MFA solutions

- Endpoint security tools

- Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams for seamless integration and deployment.

- Support hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and SOPs.

- Recommend best practices for secure access, segmentation, and Zero Trust implementation.

- Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to internal teams where required.
