Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Zscaler DLP Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies.

The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of overall IT/Security experience, including at least 2-3 years of dedicated hands-on experience in Zscaler DLP implementation and administration.

The candidate will be responsible for client engagement, solution deployment, project execution, documentation, and successful project sign-off.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and support Zscaler security solutions, specifically ZIA and Zscaler DLP.

- Gather customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Configure and manage DLP policies, data protection controls, and security rules within the Zscaler platform.

- Lead deployment, migration, and optimization projects for Zscaler environments.

- Conduct solution testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Work directly with clients during project planning, implementation, and post-deployment support.

- Prepare project documentation, implementation guides, and operational handover documents.

- Ensure successful project delivery, customer acceptance, and sign-off.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

- Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to customer teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-10 years of overall experience in Cyber Security, Network Security, or Information Security.

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Zscaler DLP.

1. Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)

2. Zscaler Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

3. Security Policy Management

4. Cloud Security Solutions

5. Secure Web Gateway (SWG)

6. SSL Inspection and Traffic Management

- Experience in implementation, migration, and troubleshooting of Zscaler solutions.

- Good understanding of data protection, information security, and compliance requirements.

- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

- Ability to independently manage project implementation and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Zscaler Certifications (Preferred).

- Experience in cloud security projects and enterprise security deployments.

- Exposure to other security technologies such as CASB, SSE, SASE, Proxy Solutions, or Endpoint Security.
