About The Role :

As a Product Manager in the Meridian team, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative products and features that enhance user experiences and drive long-term growth for our customers. Your role will cut through the entire product development lifecycle for your assigned charter - encompassing product development, research, analytics, execution and growth.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with product, design and engineering teams to define and document detailed product requirements.

- Engage in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.

- Create comprehensive product documentation, including user guides and release notes.

- Dive deep into market trends, user needs, and competitor landscapes.

- Utilise data-driven insights to evaluate product performance and identify improvement areas.

- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and conduct testing.

Skills :

- Analytical Thinking & Research : Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and user research.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal skills for stakeholder management.

- Tools & Processes : Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies.

- Technical Acumen : Understanding of technology stacks, APIs, and software development.

- Collaboration : Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams including design, development, and QA.

Experience And Qualifications :

- 4 - 9 years in Product Management, with experience building fintech consumer products at scale.

- Experience in developing modern, cloud-native mobile/web products.

- Software Engineering/Technical background is required.

- An MBA from a Tier 1 school is a bonus.
