Job Title : Senior Control-M Engineer

Experience : 7 - 15 years

Must Have Technical :

- Good understanding of Control-M Architecture and Agent/Server Communication

- Good knowledge in Control-M job scheduling

- Good knowledge of all the different options/tab in Control-M GUI

- Experience of handling Priority incidents and critical issues related to Control-M.

- Knowledge on integrations using plugins and API based connections with other infrastructure services.

- Providing production support / troubleshooting for Control-M application or infrastructure issues.

- Working with various application teams to provide consultancy on Control-M offerings.

- Create and maintain code in-line with Software Engineering best practice.

- Develop the Control-M infrastructure solution to support users requirements.

- ITIL knowledge

Good to have :

- Good knowledge in operating system - Linux.

- MS SQL or Oracle Basics, proficient with writing basic queries.

- Excellent verbal and written English skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision (where required)
