Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced MSBI Developer with 6-9 years of expertise in Microsoft Business Intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server, with practical experience in cloud data integration using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or other Azure data services. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data warehousing and reporting solutions to meet diverse business intelligence needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

- Create and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for data manipulation and reporting.

- Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).

- Work with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or other relevant Azure services (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage) to build and manage cloud-based data pipelines.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Optimize performance of existing ETL processes and reports.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.

Required Skills

- 6 - 9 years of experience as an MSBI Developer.

- Strong proficiency in MSBI tools, including SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.

- Extensive experience in designing and developing ETL solutions with SSIS.

- Expertise in SQL Server, including advanced SQL querying, stored procedures, and database optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or other Azure data services for cloud-based data integration.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Kimball methodology, star/snowflake schemas).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Power BI for data visualization.

- Knowledge of other Azure data services like Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, Azure Synapse Analytics.

- Familiarity with C# or Python for scripting within SSIS or Azure.

- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure Data Engineer Associate).
