About the Role :

Were looking for a Solution Engineer to help us build intelligent, task-oriented AI agents that solve real customer problems.

Youll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into agent workflows, integrating tools, APIs, and data into cohesive automation.

This role is ideal for someone who can think in terms of agents, workflows, and real-world outcomesand enjoys turning problem statements into structured, working systems.

What Youll Do :

- Understand customer use cases and translate them into autonomous agent workflows.

- Build Python-based agents that integrate with tools, APIs, and internal services.

- Design and implement workflows that span multiple steps, tools, and decisions.

- Work with PostgreSQL to model customer data and support agent data needs.

- Use workflow engines like Temporal (or similar) to orchestrate long-running tasks with retries, checkpoints, and timeouts.

- Integrate third-party and internal APIs for agent tool usage and data exchange.

- Ensure the workflows and agents are observable, testable, and fault-tolerant.

- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to validate and iterate on solutions.

What Were Looking For :

Must-Have Skills :

- 4 - 7 years of experience in backend or solutions engineering.

- Problem Solving Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and implement scalable, effective solutions.

- Python : Strong coding practices with emphasis on clarity, modularity, and reusability.

- PostgreSQL : Experience in relational data modeling and writing clean, efficient queries.

- Communication : Ability to understand business logic and explain solutions clearly to stakeholders.

- API Integration : Experience integrating with internal and third-party APIs using REST/GraphQL, including handling authentication, error scenarios, and data transformations.
