Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced OT Security SME to lead and support cybersecurity initiatives across Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments. The candidate will be responsible for assessing industrial cybersecurity risks, designing security architectures, implementing protective controls and ensuring the security and resilience of critical industrial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement and maintain cybersecurity strategies for OT and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments.

- Conduct OT security assessments, risk analysis, vulnerability assessments and gap assessments across industrial networks.

- Develop and implement OT security architecture, network segmentation and secure communication frameworks.

- Secure industrial control systems, including SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI and related infrastructure.

- Implement and manage OT security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems and endpoint protection.

- Monitor industrial network traffic, identify suspicious activities and coordinate incident response.

- Develop OT security policies, standards, procedures and governance frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.

- Collaborate with IT, engineering, infrastructure and operations teams to address cybersecurity risks.

- Provide technical guidance, subject matter expertise and recommendations for OT security improvements.

- Support security audits, remediation planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) cybersecurity.

- Hands-on understanding of SCADA, DCS, PLC and HMI environments.

- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA and PROFINET.

- Experience with OT network security, segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS and secure remote access.

- Understanding of OT security frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.

- Experience in vulnerability management, threat detection, risk assessment and incident response.

- Understanding of industrial network architecture and IT/OT convergence.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with OT security platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi Networks and Dragos.

- Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity threat intelligence and threat modelling.

- Relevant certifications in industrial cybersecurity or information security.

- Experience working in critical infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, utilities or other industrial environments.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 10 - 14 years of overall experience in cybersecurity, with substantial exposure to OT/ICS security.

- Strong understanding of industrial environments and cybersecurity requirements.

- Ability to independently assess security risks and recommend technical solutions.

- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional technical and engineering teams.
