Job Summary :

YES MADAM is hiring a Senior Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience to build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and MySQL/PostgreSQL, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for backend development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based backend applications.

- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure backend services.

- Work with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs for API development.

- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply bug fixes.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams.

- Follow best coding practices, design patterns, and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of Java backend development experience.

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs, and Data Structures.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.

- Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Experience with microservices architecture and API integrations.

- Familiarity with Git for version control.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, caching mechanisms, and security best practices.
