Role : Team Lead - Cybersecurity Operations

Experience : 8 - 12 Years

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Team Lead to lead and coordinate security operations across four critical security domains :

- Network Security (NetSec)

- Identity & Access Management (IDAM)

- Threat & Malware Protection (TMP)

- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead day-to-day security operations across NetSec, IDAM, TMP and DLP.

- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve security incidents and escalations across all four domains.

- Manage and support firewalls/WAF, IAM/SSO/MFA, EDR/anti-malware and DLP solutions.

- Coordinate incident response, RCA, remediation and security policy improvements.

- Work closely with SOC, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application and Risk/Compliance teams.

- Manage security vendors, operational SLAs, reporting and governance.

- Lead and mentor the cybersecurity operations team and drive automation/continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

Palo Alto/Fortinet/Check Point, Active Directory/Entra ID, EDR/Endpoint Security, DLP, SIEM/SOC, Incident Response, IAM, Network Security and Security Operations.

Ideal Candidate :

A security professional with hands-on exposure to all four domains - NetSec, IDAM, TMP and DLP - with strong team leadership and incident management capabilities.
