Role Summary and Impact :

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge features for Consumer Intent Model.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer, based out of Gurgaon who will work across the entire technology stack, from building intuitive user interfaces with React to engineering robust, scalable backend services with Python (Django REST Framework, FastAPI) and integrating state-of-the-art LLMs. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a product that is shaping the future of our industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React and modern front-end technologies.

- Build and scale robust, secure, and well-documented RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework and FastAPI.

- Architect and implement features that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide intelligent, automated, and personalized user experiences.

- Contribute to the entire lifecycle of our SaaS product, from ideation to deployment and operational excellence.

- Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and solutions architect to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Optimize application performance, storage, scalability, and security in a cloud-native environment.

- Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack to ensure a seamless and reliable user experience.

- Building and optimizing data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of diverse data from various sources into usable formats for analysis and insights.

- Staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Core Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 5+ years of professional experience in a full-stack role.

- Strong proficiency in Python and demonstrable experience with either Django REST Framework or FastAPI (experience with both is highly desirable).

- Proven experience developing user interfaces with React and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API).

- Hands-on experience integrating and working with LLMs via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) or open-source libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face).

- Experience building or working on SaaS applications, with an understanding of multi-tenancy, scalability, and security principals.

- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms GCP, Azure or AWS) and CI/CD principles.

- Experience with D3.js/Chart.js.

- Demonstrable experience in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of vector databases for AI/ML applications.

- Experience with asynchronous programming and task queues (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ).

- Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services like Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, App Engine, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).

- Experience working with off-shore or distributed teams is highly desirable.

- Solid understanding of database technologies, both relational and NoSQL. Experience with data modelling.
