JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will play a key role in the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Benefits solutions.

- Lead and support the implementation and configuration of Workday Benefits solutions based on business requirements.

- Provide strong Workday product, functional, and implementation expertise while working closely with clients and project stakeholders.

- Conduct client workshops and working sessions to gather, understand, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.

- Design and configure benefits programs including :

i. Health & Welfare Plans

ii. Retirement Plans, including 403(b)

iii. Insurance Plans

iv. Wellbeing Programs

v. PTO & Leave Programs

vi. Voluntary Benefits

- Demonstrate proposed configurations through prototypes and solution walkthroughs.

- Apply Workday standard methodologies and recommended practices throughout implementation.

- Support legacy data conversion and migration into Workday and assist clients with functional and user acceptance testing.

- Analyse Workday release updates and assess the impact of new features and changes on existing client configurations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues and configure solutions for complex business scenarios.

- Lead/support benefits design sessions and customer discussions.

- Support Open Enrolment activities; prior Open Enrolment experience will be a strong advantage.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- 6-10 years of relevant professional experience.

- Minimum 5 years of Workday workstream experience.

- Current and active Professional Workday Benefits Certification - Mandatory.

- Proven delivery experience across 3 or more Workday Benefits implementations.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Benefits configuration and implementation.

- In-depth knowledge of Benefits and Payroll functional areas, including healthcare, retirement, insurance, leave, and voluntary benefit plans.

- Ability to independently configure Workday Benefits and lead/support solution design and customer workshops.

- Experience with Open Enrolment is highly desirable.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
