Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance WordPress websites from concept to deployment.

- Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

- Create and customize WordPress plugins to extend functionality and integrate with various third-party services.

- Proficiently convert static HTML designs into dynamic WordPress themes, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation.

- Implement and customize WooCommerce solutions for e-commerce functionalities, including payment gateway integrations and product management.

- Integrate various REST APIs to connect WordPress sites with external systems and services.

- Manage and optimize MySQL databases for WordPress, ensuring data integrity and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to WordPress core, themes, plugins, and integrations.

- Collaborate effectively with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver integrated solutions.

- Utilize version control systems such as Git for source code management and collaborative development.

- Lead and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, timely project delivery, and overall quality.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful delivery within established deadlines.

- Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 4-6 years of dedicated experience in WordPress development.

- Expert proficiency in WordPress (Theme and Plugin Development).

- Strong hands-on experience with PHP.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

- In-depth experience with WooCommerce customization and development.

- Strong understanding of MySQL and WordPress database structure.

- Experience with REST APIs for integration purposes.

- Familiarity with web hosting environments and deployment processes.

- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide a team of developers, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
