We're looking for a motivated and skilled WordPress Developer with 1+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end and back-end web technologies, with a specific focus on custom WordPress development.

You'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing high-quality WordPress websites, themes, and plugins that meet client and internal requirements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- WordPress Development : Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins following WP Standards and best practices.

- Custom Theme Creation : Be able to create a Custom Theme from Scratch based on a given layout (e.g., PSD, Figma, or wireframe) ensuring responsiveness and optimal performance.

- Custom Plugin Development : Design and develop Custom Plugins based on specific business or project requirements.

- Coding & Scripting : Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using Core PHP, jQuery, and JavaScript.

- OOPS Application : Apply strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) Concepts in development for scalable and maintainable code.

- Troubleshooting : Be an agile and quick problem solver, capable of debugging and resolving complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Collaboration & Communication : Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to team members and stakeholders, both written and verbally.

- Learning & Growth : Demonstrate a readiness to learn new things and enthusiastically take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience as a WordPress Developer or in a similar role.

- Core Languages : Strong coding understanding and hands-on experience with Core PHP, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with WordPress and its architecture.

- Good custom knowledge about WordPress themes and plugin development & customization.

- Proven ability to create custom plugins and themes using the WordPress API and best coding standards.

- Fundamentals : Must possess a solid understanding and practical application of OOPS Concepts (Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Abstraction).

- Communication : Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for internal and client interactions.

- Soft Skills : Must be a proactive learner, highly agile, and an effective problem solver.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

- Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., webpack, npm, Gulp).

- Knowledge of database management (MySQL).

- Experience with Gutenberg block development.
