Role Overview :

As a Generative AI Lead, you will spearhead the design and deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions that redefine how our clients interact with their data. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready chatbot and language model applications. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of client operations, ensuring that the AI systems you build are not only innovative but also secure, reliable, and integrated seamlessly into existing cloud ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end Generative AI pipelines to automate complex workflows and enhance user engagement for enterprise clients.

- Develop and fine-tune sophisticated chatbot interfaces that leverage Large Language Models to provide context-aware, accurate, and human-like interactions.

- Optimize AI model performance and latency by implementing efficient cloud-based infrastructure strategies to ensure high availability and cost-effectiveness.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish robust data ingestion and processing frameworks that support the training and retrieval requirements of AI models.

- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases for AI integration, ensuring that technical outputs align with broader business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling Generative AI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration tools.

- Proficient in designing conversational AI systems and chatbots, with a deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques.

- Strong command of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with the ability to manage model deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure scaling.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration across diverse project teams.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment across Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Pune, maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field, supported by 6 - 8 years of relevant professional experience.
