Role Overview :

As a Data Architect at Witlance Solution, you will serve as the technical backbone for our clients' data ecosystems, designing robust architectures that facilitate seamless data flow and advanced analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product owners, and client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant data solutions. Your work will directly influence how organizations ingest, store, and govern their data, ultimately enabling them to derive actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory to ensure efficient data movement and transformation for enterprise-level applications.

- Develop comprehensive data models that support complex analytical reporting and machine learning initiatives, ensuring high data integrity and performance.

- Establish and maintain robust data governance and cataloging frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across cloud environments.

- Architect scalable cloud-based data solutions that align with client business objectives, optimizing for cost, performance, and reliability.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex data integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability of data services.

- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in data engineering and cloud architecture to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in designing and managing cloud-native data architectures, specifically within the Azure ecosystem.

- Possess advanced proficiency in data modeling techniques, including star schema, snowflake schema, and dimensional modeling for large-scale data warehouses.

- Exhibit strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, including complex pipeline orchestration, monitoring, and performance tuning.

- Show a proven ability to implement data governance and cataloging strategies that ensure data discoverability and regulatory compliance.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and architectural decisions.

- Maintain a high degree of adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid or distributed team environment across Pune, Hyderabad, or Bangalore.

- Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 6 - 8 years of relevant professional experience.
