We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and working knowledge of React or Angular to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance backend applications, designing RESTful APIs, integrating databases, and building responsive frontend applications. The role will primarily focus on backend development using Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS, with additional responsibilities involving frontend development using React or Angular and TypeScript. The candidate should have a strong understanding of software engineering principles, application architecture, database management, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable and high-performance backend applications using Node.js.

- Build robust and secure server-side applications using Express.js or NestJS.

- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and third-party integrations.

- Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable backend components following industry best practices.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security mechanisms.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB, to design efficient database schemas, queries, and data models.

- Optimize application performance, API response times, database queries, and resource utilization.

- Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and debugging mechanisms to ensure application reliability.

- Develop asynchronous, event-driven, and non-blocking applications using Node.js.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

- Ensure code quality, application security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly frontend components using React or Angular.

- Build reusable UI components and integrate them with backend REST APIs.

- Work with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to develop interactive web applications.

- Implement frontend state management, form validations, and client-side error handling.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Troubleshoot frontend issues and optimize application performance across browsers and devices.

- Ensure seamless integration between frontend applications and backend services.

- Design, develop, and maintain database schemas using MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.

- Write optimized SQL queries, aggregation pipelines, and database operations.

- Implement data validation, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and secure access to application data.

- Work on database integration, migration, and troubleshooting as required.

- Use Git for version control, source code management, and collaborative development.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support application deployment and production releases.

- Write unit tests, integration tests, and support automated testing practices.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and development best practices.

Required Technical Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of professional experience in full stack application development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, with experience in Express.js or NestJS.

- Good working knowledge of React.js or Angular, preferably with TypeScript.

- Strong experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Good understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, callbacks, and event-driven architecture.

- Experience with Git and source code management.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), debugging, and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and API best practices.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with Redis, message queues, or event-driven systems.

- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.

- Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and performance management tools.

- Exposure to system design, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
