About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer Wireless with strong expertise in enterprise Wi-Fi, RF design, wireless security, troubleshooting, and large-scale wireless deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy enterprise wireless networks across campus, branch, and high-density environments.

- Conduct RF planning, site surveys, capacity analysis, and spectrum analysis using Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar tools.

- Configure and manage Cisco, Aruba, Mist, and Ruckus controllers/APs, SSIDs, VLANs, mobility, and roaming.

- Implement secure wireless using WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, EAP, and NAC solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex wireless issues including interference, coverage gaps, latency, packet loss, and roaming delays.

- Provide L3/L4 support, RCA, and problem management for critical wireless incidents.

- Monitor and optimize wireless performance using Cisco DNA Center/Prime, Meraki, Aruba Central/AirWave, or Mist Cloud.

- Plan and execute Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 upgrades and migrations.

- Drive wireless automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and APIs.

- Maintain network documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and governance standards.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 3+ years of networking experience with strong focus on enterprise wireless.

- Hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise Wi-Fi networks.

- Experience with RF planning, site surveys, and capacity analysis using Ekahau/AirMagnet or equivalent.

- Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco / Aruba / Mist / Ruckus wireless platforms.

- Strong RF fundamentals : channel planning, power levels, interference mitigation, spectrum analysis, high-density design.

- Strong knowledge of 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi 6/6E/7.

- Strong TCP/IP and Routing & Switching fundamentals.

- Hands-on knowledge of 802.1X, RADIUS, EAP, WPA3.

- Experience troubleshooting complex wireless performance issues.

- Experience providing L3/L4 support and RCA for major wireless incidents.

- Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi 6E/Wi-Fi 7 upgrades and migrations.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications : CWNA/CWNP/CWAP/CWDP, CCNP/CCIE Wireless, Aruba ACMP/ACP-CA.

- Experience with Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Meraki, DNA Center, Aruba Central, Mist Cloud.

- Knowledge of Python, Ansible, Terraform, SD-Access, BLE/IoT, and QoS.
