Role Overview :

As an Enterprise Data Architect, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical implementations on the Azure ecosystem. You will lead the design and delivery of large-scale data platforms, working closely with executive stakeholders, engineering teams, and client partners to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance. Your work will directly influence how organizations harness their data assets to drive decision-making, ensuring that the architectural frameworks you build are not only technically sound but also aligned with long-term enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design comprehensive enterprise-grade data architectures on Azure that support high-volume data ingestion, processing, and consumption for diverse business units.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of modern data warehouses and lakehouse architectures using Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric to optimize data accessibility.

- Orchestrate complex data pipelines and integration workflows using Azure Data Factory to ensure seamless data movement across hybrid and cloud environments.

- Define governance, security, and compliance frameworks for data platforms to protect sensitive information while maintaining operational agility.

- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural oversight during the development lifecycle to ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.

- Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps, ensuring that data solutions deliver measurable business value.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying end-to-end data solutions on Microsoft Azure, with a deep understanding of cloud-native data services.

- Advanced proficiency in designing data processing frameworks using Azure Databricks and managing complex data orchestration via Azure Data Factory.

- Strong practical experience in implementing Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to create unified, high-performance analytics and reporting environments.

- Proven ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot architectural bottlenecks in distributed data systems.

- A minimum of 14 to 21 years of professional experience in data engineering and architecture roles, with a track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment across our Bangalore and Hyderabad offices, fostering collaboration across distributed teams.
