About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (.NET & Angular) to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in developing modern enterprise web applications using .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, Angular 18+, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs. This role requires expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while leveraging modern development practices and AI-assisted coding tools to enhance productivity.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with architects, business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. You will also contribute to code reviews, technical design, performance optimization, and Agile software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Application Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, and Angular 18+.

- Build responsive, user-friendly, and scalable front-end applications using Angular.

- Develop robust backend services and business logic using .NET technologies.

- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

2. API Development & Integration:

- Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.

- Integrate applications with third-party services and enterprise platforms.

- Ensure secure API implementation with proper authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Troubleshoot and optimize API performance for high-volume applications.

3. Database Development:

- Develop and optimize database objects using Microsoft SQL Server.

- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.

- Ensure data integrity, performance tuning, and database optimization.

- Collaborate with database teams on schema design and performance improvements.

4. AI-Assisted Software Development:

- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms to improve development productivity.

- Leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, refactoring, and code optimization.

- Apply AI-assisted workflows while maintaining high code quality and development standards.

- Explore innovative ways to improve software delivery using AI-enabled development practices.

5. Source Code Management:

- Manage source code using GitHub as the primary version control platform.

- Create and manage feature branches, pull requests, and merge strategies.

- Participate in peer code reviews and maintain coding standards.

- Ensure proper version control and release management throughout the development lifecycle.

6. Agile Development:

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Estimate development efforts and deliver high-quality software within project timelines.

- Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

7. Testing & Maintenance:

- Perform unit testing and support integration testing to ensure application quality.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely fixes.

- Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and development artifacts.

- Continuously improve application reliability, maintainability, and performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development using .NET and Angular.

- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, and Angular 18+.

- Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs.

- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and database optimization.

- Hands-on experience using GitHub for source code management, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.

- Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean coding principles.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Mandatory:

Candidates must clearly demonstrate hands-on experience with Angular 18+, .NET Core/.NET 8+, AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar), and GitHub within their project experience. Profiles without these mandatory skills reflected in their project work will not be considered.
