AI Tech Lead :

Role Overview :

We are looking for an AI Tech Lead to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise combined with the ability to lead technical teams and engage with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI solution architecture, development, and deployment from POC to production.

- Design solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

- Lead and mentor AI/ML engineers and establish best practices across AI engineering and MLOps.

- Drive model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, interpretability, and deployment.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive POCs, innovation initiatives, and technology adoption.

- Ensure AI solutions meet standards for scalability, performance, security, governance, explainability, and responsible AI.

- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.

- Create technical architectures, proposals, documentation, and presentations and communicate complex AI concepts effectively.

Technical Skills :

- Languages: Python

- AI/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, ONNX

- GenAI: LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph/LlamaIndex, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents

- MLOps: Model Serving, CI/CD, Monitoring, Docker, Kubernetes

- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP

- Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, model evaluation, optimization, explainability, bias mitigation, AI governance, and responsible AI.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
