This role is for a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI, AWS, and Databricks, responsible for designing, deploying, and operating production-grade AI agents.

Core Responsibilities :

- Build stateful, multi-agent workflows using LangGraph/LangChain, including persistence, cycles, and complex state management.

- Deploy AI agents on AWS AgentCore, using Runtime, Memory, Identity, and Gateway capabilities.

- Integrate Databricks/Delta Lake with AWS AI services for fast, governed data access.

- Develop MCP-based tools and expose internal APIs/Databricks functions to agents.

- Manage production AI systems including CI/CD, scaling, versioning, containerization, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows.

- Implement agent observability and evaluation, including monitoring reasoning, correctness, and tool selection.

Must-Have Skills :

- Python : Expert level; async programming, Pydantic, API development.

- LangGraph/LangChain : Strong hands-on experience, especially stateful graphs and checkpointers.

- AWS : Bedrock, AgentCore, IAM, Lambda, ECR.

- Databricks : Spark SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog.

- Agentic AI : Multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, MCP, memory, persistence, and production deployment.

Nice-to-Have :

- Cedar / AWS Policy for agent authorization and boundaries.

- Vector databases : Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch.

- Experience building autonomous Code Interpreter or Browser tools.
