Agentic AI Developer

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer to design and build intelligent, autonomous AI systems using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and Multi-Agent architectures. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills and hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Agentic AI and Multi-Agent systems using LLMs.

- Build RAG pipelines for intelligent retrieval and contextual responses.

- Develop scalable AI services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.

- Integrate LLMs, tools, APIs, vector databases, and external data sources.

- Develop agent workflows involving planning, reasoning, tool calling, memory, and orchestration.

- Optimize AI applications for accuracy, scalability, latency, and cost.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5 - 9 years of software/AI development experience.

- Strong Python programming skills.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs & Generative AI.

- Strong understanding of Agentic AI / AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems.

- Practical experience with RAG and vector databases.

- Experience building APIs using FastAPI.

- Experience with LLM frameworks/orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.

- Good understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, tool/function calling, and LLM evaluation.

Good to Have :

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AI/ML deployment.

- Experience with production-grade GenAI applications.
