Web Developer - Full Stack Technologies

About the Role :

We are seeking talented and motivated Website Developers to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, high-performance, and scalable websites.

This role is ideal for developers who are creative, detail-oriented, and eager to work with the latest web technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Front-End Development :

- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.

- Implement user-friendly UI/UX designs provided by the design team.

Back-End Development :

- Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Full-Stack Development :

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver complete, functional products.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites.

Quality Assurance :

- Implement secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities.

- Maintain documentation for code and processes.

Collaboration :

- Stay updated with emerging trends, libraries, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Technical Skills :

- Backend knowledge of Node.js, PHP, or Python frameworks.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and database systems.

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.

- Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify (for specific roles).

- Understanding of SEO principles and responsive design techniques.

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Good communication and time-management skills.
