Role Overview :

As a Web Developer at Naruto Travels, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the core digital interfaces that power our travel ecosystem. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex business requirements into high-performing, user-centric web applications. Your work will directly impact the booking experience for our customers, ensuring that our platform remains fast, intuitive, and highly responsive under heavy traffic. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between aesthetic UI/UX design and complex backend logic to deliver a premium travel booking experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web interfaces using React.js to ensure a seamless booking experience across all devices.

- Architect and optimize server-side logic using Node.js to handle high-concurrency requests and maintain system stability.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect layouts that enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

- Manage and optimize MySQL databases to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage for our internal CRM and customer-facing platforms.

- Integrate third-party APIs and internal CRM tools to streamline operational workflows and improve customer service efficiency.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and debugging sessions to maintain high standards of code quality and platform security.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building scalable web applications using HTML, CSS, and React.js with a focus on clean, maintainable code.

- Strong command over Node.js for backend development and the ability to design robust RESTful APIs.

- Proven ability to manage relational databases using MySQL, including complex query optimization and schema design.

- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, ensuring that technical implementations align with design specifications and user accessibility standards.

- Experience integrating and customizing CRM systems to support business operations and data management.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Capability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Delhi NCR, contributing to team brainstorming and agile development cycles.

- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in full-stack web development within a product-focused organization.
