Web Application Developer - .Net/React.js

Job Title : SRS - MS Application Developer (Web) with React

Experience : 4 to 6 Years

Location : Pune

Shift : 2 PM / 3 PM IST to 12 AM / 1 AM IST (Shift-based role)

Job Description :

- Take the ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

- Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

- Coordinate with different teams for dependency and follow up with them in order to resolve the problem.

- Provide prompt and accurate response to customers issues and ensure proper updates and closure of all issues.

- Utilize all company tools to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to meet the organizations contractual commitments.

- Develop, compile and test code. Submit source code and XUnit test results for review and approval by team lead.

- Address hot fixes as they arise in production at the highest priority.

- Experience of working in an offshore delivery environment following either the SCRUM or Agile development methodology.

- Team player with positive attitude and proactively collaborates with peers to resolve customer issues.

- Monitoring the applications and log to identify system outage and users exception experiences.

- Min 4 to 6 years of experience of Full Stack Development, with a strong focus on REACT, C#, .NET, Web API, and Azure.
