Job Description Agentic AI Engineer

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Work Mode : Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow, Generative AI, and AI Agent development. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize AI-powered solutions using Now Assist, AI Agent Builder, Agentic Workflows, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate enterprise business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and configure Now Assist skills, AI Agents, and Agent Builder workflows.

- Integrate OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini with ServiceNow.

- Develop Agentic Workflows using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Decision Builder.

- Design and optimize prompts for business use cases.

- Implement RAG, tool-use patterns, and intelligent decision flows.

- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and performance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI solutions.

- Expertise in Now Assist, AI Agent Builder, Flow Designer, and Agentic Workflows.

- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, JSON, and ServiceNow Scripting.

- ServiceNow CSA Certification preferred.

Qualifications :

- B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, AI, or related fields.
