As the Senior Intelligence Lead, reporting to the Team Lead, Intelligence, you will play a critical role in protecting the organization by transforming complex threat data into actionable intelligence that drives informed security decisions.
By partnering closely with protections, response & risk analysts, you will ensure security controls are optimized to detect, prevent, and respond to evolving threats.
You will elevate the maturity of the threat intelligence program, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and directly contribute to reducing organizational risk in an evolving threat landscape.
What do we want to know about you? :
You Must Have :
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Experience in cyber threat intelligence, including threat actor profiling, campaign tracking, tactics, techniques & procedures analysis and use of frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and D3FEND.
- Demonstrated ability to enumerate internal business insights, aligning threat intelligence efforts.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience briefing technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders through written intelligence products and verbal presentations.
- Must be willing to work weekends/off-shift hours, as needed during cybersecurity incidents.
We Would Love It If You Had :
- Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies and defensive control strategies.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, threat intelligence platforms, and cloud security controls.
- Effective project management skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement, including process maturity and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills, consistently driving value and delivering results without direct supervision.
- Commitment to continuous learning in an evolving cybersecurity landscape.
What will your typical day look like? :
- Utilize intelligence platforms and tools, such as TIP, SIEM, XDR, malware analysis environments and open-source and commercial intelligence sources.
- Familiarity with threat hunting concepts, including proactively analyzing logs, alerts, and telemetry to identify potential security threats beyond automated detections.
- Perform static and dynamic analysis of malware, sandboxing and understanding of attacker tooling, infrastructure, and delivery mechanisms.
- Partner with risk, response, content, and protections personnel to understand emerging threats, support active investigations and drive control tuning or enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned.
