Job Description :

The Head Smart Connectivity & IoT will drive the organization's IoT and connected solutions business by developing market strategies, building partnerships, managing product portfolios, and delivering innovative smart connectivity solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the Smart Connectivity and IoT business portfolio.

- Develop growth strategies for IoT-enabled enterprise solutions.

- Identify new market opportunities across Manufacturing, Logistics, Utilities, Healthcare, Smart Cities, and Retail sectors.

- Define product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

- Build strategic partnerships with technology providers and ecosystem partners.

- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and operations teams.

- Lead large enterprise customer engagements and solution discussions.

- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

- Manage P&L responsibilities for the IoT business segment.

Required Skills :

- Deep understanding of IoT architecture, connectivity technologies, and digital ecosystems.

- Knowledge of 5G, LPWAN, NB-IoT, LTE-M, Edge Computing, and Industrial IoT.

- Strong business development and enterprise sales experience.

- Product strategy and portfolio management expertise.

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.

- MBA preferred.

- Relevant certifications in IoT, Cloud, or Telecom technologies are advantageous.
