Role Profile : Senior AI Engineer (Agent Builder)

Location : Mumbai (Strike Team Hub)

1. The Mandate : "Coding the Future"

The Senior AI Engineer is the primary builder of the Vi 2.0 Agentic Workflows. This role is responsible for the "70% Process Redesign" implementation writing the code that allows AI to reason through complex tasks and execute actions natively in SAP, GWS, and CRMs.

2. Experience & Track Record :

- The "Agent" Builder : 6 - 8 years of full-stack or backend engineering with a focus on Python-native AI development. Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI is mandatory.

- Rapid Prototyping : Demonstrated ability to move from a whiteboard process to a functional "Sprint Zero" prototype in 14 days.

- The "P&G" Benchmark : Similar to the developer who built autonomous "Media Buying Agents" that navigated real-time ad auctions, outperforming human agencies by 30% in conversion efficiency.

3. Key Skills & Competencies :

- Agentic Frameworks : Mastery of tool-calling, recursive reasoning loops, and multi-agent

collaboration frameworks.

- Backend Integration : Deep experience with iPaaS (Workato/Zapier) and building secure API hooks into legacy "Systems of Record" (SAP/Amdocs).

- AI Tooling : Advanced Prompt Engineering, Chain-of-Thought prompting, and fine-tuning Small Language Models (SLMs) for specific telco tasks.

- Velocity : "Process Killer" mindset unwilling to accept "it can't be done in 14 days" as an answer.

4. Success Measures (First 12 Months) :

- Industrialization : Successful deployment of 50+ active Agentic workflows into production.

- Process Impact : Average 70% reduction in cycle-time for targeted workflows (e.g., Month-end Finance Close, NOC Triaging).

- Code Quality : Maintaining a "zero-hallucination" standard through deterministic guardrails and human-in-the-loop triggers.
