We are looking for skilled and experienced Developer to oversee the design, development of CCTV Video Management System (VMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video surveillance technologies, software architecture, and team leadership. You will play a key role in driving product innovation and ensuring the delivery of a robust, scalable, and secure VMS platform. Key Responsibilities - Design, Develop and architect scalable VMS components, including video ingestion, storage, streaming, and analytics. - Expertise in VMS development - experience with solutions like Milestone, Genetec, or custom VMS platforms is a plus. - Collaborate with product management, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software on time. - Integrate with third-party cameras (ONVIF, RTSP), hardware encoders, and analytics engines. - Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy standards. - Stay current with industry trends in video surveillance, AI-based video analytics, and cloudbased VMS solutions. - Technical Skills & Experience - Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, RTSP/ONVIF protocols, and video codecs. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, dot net. - Experience with video streaming frameworks (e.g., GStreamer, FFmpeg, WebRTC). - Networking Protocols: IPv4, IPv6, TLS, TCP, UDP, RTSP, HTTP/HTTPS, Unicast, Multicast - Core Skills: Multithreading, OOP, STL, Algorithms, Data Structures, Memory Management, Problem-Solving, Mathematics
