What You'll Do :

- Dashboard Development : Design, build, and maintain high-performance BI dashboards across business functions

- Data Engineering : Build robust ELT pipelines to transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets.

- Data Warehousing : Design and develop data models (Kimball/Data Vault) on cloud native data warehousing platforms like Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery

- Data Analysis : Ensure 100% data reconciliation between source systems and visualizations, maintaining strict adherence to reporting standards.

- Performance Tuning : Optimize complex SQL queries and Tableau workbooks to ensure rapid load times despite high data volumes.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with business leads to translate requirements into intuitive visual stories.

What We Are Looking For :

- BI and Tableau Expert : 4+ years of advanced Tableau experience (Level-of-Detail expressions, complex parameters, and dashboard actions).

- Cloud Data Warehousing : Strong experience with Snowflake and familiarity with Salesforce data structures.

- Data Architecture : Deep understanding of Star/Snowflake schemas and data blending across disparate sources.
