VipraTech - Django Developer - Python

What youll do :

- Design, build, and maintain Django/DRF APIs and backend services.

- Model data effectively; write clean queries; handle migrations safely.

- Implement background jobs (e.g., Celery) and basic observability (logs/metrics).

- Ship features end-to-end : requirements /API / small UI hooks (HTML/CSS/JS) / deploy.

- Practice secure-by-default coding (authZ/authN, webhooks, input validation).

- Work directly with the founder; break down tasks, estimate, and hit weekly releases.

Must-have skills :

- 1-3 years with Django in production.

- Solid Python, SQL (Postgres/MySQL), and Git fundamentals.

- Comfort with API design, pagination/filtering, and error handling.

- Familiarity with migrations, basic performance tuning, and deployment hygiene.

- Clear communication and documentation; ownership mindset.

Nice to have :

- Celery/Redis, Docker, AWS/Azure, Stripe/webhooks, caching.

- Basic frontend : Next.js/React or vanilla JS for small UI pieces.

- Sensible use of AI tools (Cursor/Claude/ChatGPT) while owning the code.

- Basic knowledge of LLMs and LangChain (prompting, simple chains/tools, calling external APIs).

- Onsite in Kota, Rajasthan and immediate joining (?10 days).
