As the Vice President / Senior Vice President of Global Semiconductor Engineering, you will serve as the primary technical leader responsible for driving the end-to-end silicon lifecycle for our next-generation product portfolio.

You will operate at the intersection of high-level strategy and deep technical execution, overseeing global engineering teams to deliver complex SoC and ASIC solutions that power modern computing.

This role involves close collaboration with executive stakeholders, product management, and global design centers to align technical roadmaps with market demands.

Your leadership will directly influence our competitive positioning, ensuring that our silicon architectures meet the most rigorous performance, power, and area (PPA) targets while maintaining industry-leading time-to-market standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the global ASIC/SoC design strategy to ensure the successful delivery of high-performance silicon products that meet aggressive business growth objectives.

- Optimize the utilization of EDA tools from Cadence, Synopsys, and Siemens EDA to streamline design workflows and improve overall engineering productivity across global sites.

- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of technical excellence to retain top-tier talent and drive innovation in semiconductor architecture.

- Collaborate with external foundry partners and internal stakeholders to manage supply chain and manufacturing constraints, ensuring seamless transition from design to mass production.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale, multi-site semiconductor engineering organizations with a focus on complex SoC/ASIC development cycles.

- Proven ability to navigate the intricacies of modern EDA toolchains, including Cadence, Synopsys, and Siemens EDA, to solve complex design challenges at advanced process nodes.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and articulate complex technical visions to non-technical partners.

- Strong strategic mindset, capable of balancing immediate project delivery requirements with long-term technology roadmapping and R&D investments.

- Advanced academic background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for high-level technical decision-making.
