Vice President - GenAI Strategy & Business Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Vice President - GenAI Strategy & Business Transformation to drive enterprise-wide Generative AI adoption and business transformation initiatives within financial services organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI strategy, enterprise AI adoption, digital transformation, and implementing AI-powered solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute enterprise-wide GenAI strategy and AI adoption roadmaps.

- Drive AI-led business transformation across banking, financial services, investment banking, and asset management.

- Identify high-impact GenAI use cases and scale solutions from proof of concept to production.

- Lead the adoption of LLMs, AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent automation.

- Partner with senior business leaders, technology teams, and risk and compliance stakeholders.

- Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and risk management frameworks.

- Measure AI adoption, productivity improvements, business impact, and ROI.

- Lead change management and enterprise-wide AI implementation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, AI strategy, digital transformation, or business transformation.

- Proven experience in GenAI strategy, enterprise AI adoption, or large-scale AI transformation.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications.

- Experience moving AI initiatives from pilot to production and driving organizational adoption.

- Strong knowledge of financial services, banking, investment banking, or asset management.

- Experience with AI governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
