Summary :

Finance Technology is seeking a Vice President to lead the data and engineering capability supporting Fund Accounting. Based in Mumbai, this individual will partner closely with Fund Accounting, Enterprise Data, Automation & Reporting, and other technology teams to deliver scalable, controlled, and reliable data solutions.

Primary Functions :

- Lead the data capability supporting Fund Accounting and Fund Finance.

- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Provide functional leadership across fund accounting data, including NAVs, balances, and reconciliations.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the design, build, and support of Fund Accounting data solutions.

- Define technology target-state architecture and technical design.

- Review and challenge solution designs, data models, SQL and Python/PySpark implementations.

Tech Stack :

- Databricks, Snowflake, Python, PySpark, SQL, ETL/ELT, Cloud Data Platforms.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or Finance Technology.

- Strong functional knowledge of Fund Accounting and Fund Finance.

- Experience with fund accounting platforms such as Geneva or Investran.

- Demonstrated experience leading and developing engineers and analysts.
