Vice President - C++ Applications

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end development of low-latency, high-performance C++ applications.

- Architect scalable solutions for trading, risk, and pricing platforms.

- Collaborate with quants, traders, and technology teams to deliver robust system enhancements.

- Ensure code quality, performance tuning, and adherence to best engineering practices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers; contribute to strategic technical direction.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10 to 15+ years of experience in C++ (C++11/14/17 or later) in a financial or high-performance computing environment.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and distributed systems.

- Experience in low-latency systems, networking, and Linux.

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, large-scale projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
