- Guide and mentor developers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical deep-dives.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define engineering priorities that align with business objectives.

- Take end-to-end ownership of core systems-ensuring they're well-documented, resilient, and easy to evolve.

- Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies or frameworks to improve system efficiency and scalability.
