Role Overview:

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in C++, Qt, React, and backend technologies, with ownership of feature delivery, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and features.

- Develop robust and scalable solutions using modern C++.

- Build and enhance user interfaces using Qt (Widgets/QML) and React.js.

- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration components.

- Participate in software design discussions and contribute to technical solutioning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and memory-related issues.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes for production issues.

- Develop workflow automation, file processing, and integration capabilities.

- Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and Customer Support teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Maintain technical documentation, test results, and implementation artifacts.

- Contribute to CI/CD processes and software release activities.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 7-11 years of software development experience.

- Strong hands-on programming expertise in C++.

- Experience with Qt Framework (Widgets, QML, Signals/Slots, Event-Driven Programming).

- Hands-on experience with React.js.

- Experience with Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.

- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.

- Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and backend integrations.

- Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Git/Perforce, CMake, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to Windows and macOS development environments.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
