We are seeking a skilled and proactive Webmaster to manage and maintain our company website, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of hands-on coding experience, with strong expertise in ReactJS and WordPress development, website optimization, SEO best practices, and technical troubleshooting.

- Own the end-to-end management and maintenance of the company's website.
- Develop, update, and optimize site features using ReactJS and WordPress.
- Ensure website performance, uptime, and responsiveness are consistently high.
- Implement regular website updates including content, design, and structural changes.
- Help to implement and improve SEO best practices, optimize page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with SEO, marketing and design teams to integrate campaign requirements effectively.
- Manage website hosting, security, backups, and domain-related configurations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform debugging as required.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and web standards.
What you'll need to bring :
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development and management.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS (functional components, hooks, routing, state management).
- Deep understanding of WordPress, including theme customization and plugin development.
- Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and REST APIs.
- Experience with website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Git, Google Analytics, Search Console, and website heatmaps.
- Basic understanding of server management (Apache/Nginx), cPanel, and cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with headless CMS or WordPress + React hybrid setups.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools for web deployment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and GDPR compliance.
