Job Description :

We are looking for a candidate who can deliver training on FireEye HX and preferably also NX solutions to enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in these solutions, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, to effectively conduct training sessions.

Location Details :

Can start remote but should have the willingness to travel to do onsite training. Eventually will be moving to the UAE. They have offices in Dubai and India. This role is for India Remote. Role is India Remote. Perm with client.

Travel Requirements :

The person should be willing to travel abroad when required for providing training and should be willing to move to the UAE if required (in the long term, not for now). Anyone who is hesitant about these would not be an ideal candidate.

Vendor Trainer FireEye (HX / NX / EX) : We are looking for an experienced Vendor Trainer to deliver vendor training on FireEye security solutions, specifically :

- 1. FireEye HX (Endpoint Security / Detection & Response)

- 2. FireEye NX (Network Security)

Major Plus :

Trainers who can also deliver vendor training, such as :

- FireEye EX (Email Security)

- Trellix ePO

- Trellix ENS (Endpoint Security)

- Trellix DLP

Key Responsibilities :

1. Conduct vendor training sessions (online or onsite as required)

2. Deliver technical walkthroughs, demos, and hands-on lab sessions

3. Support trainees with Q&A and troubleshooting during training

Required Skills & Experience :

1. Proven experience delivering training on FireEye HX and NX

2. Strong understanding of endpoint, network, and email security

3. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to mixed audiences

4. Relevant certifications/vendor exposure are an advantage
