We are looking for a Vehicle Interface / Car BL Test Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in automotive software testing, with strong expertise in Android Automotive, Vehicle HAL (VHAL), Car BL, and vehicle communication protocols. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python automation, CANoe/CAPL, and validation of automotive infotainment and vehicle interface systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute Vehicle Interface and Car BL testing for Android Automotive systems.

- Validate Vehicle HAL (VHAL) properties, vehicle signals, and interface behavior.

- Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts for functional and regression testing.

- Develop and execute test cases using CANoe and CAPL.

- Perform protocol validation across CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, and SOME/IP.

- Validate communication between vehicle interfaces, ECUs, and Android Automotive components.

- Perform integration and system-level testing for automotive infotainment and vehicle interface features.

- Analyze logs, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution.

- Collaborate with software, system, ECU, and integration teams to troubleshoot communication and integration issues.

- Execute regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.

- Prepare test plans, test cases, test reports, and defect documentation.

- Support continuous improvement of test automation and validation processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience in Automotive Software Testing / Embedded Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Android Automotive testing.

- Good experience with Vehicle HAL (VHAL) and Car BL.

- Strong proficiency in Python automation.

- Hands-on experience with CANoe and CAPL.

- Strong understanding of CAN/CAN-FD, Ethernet, and SOME/IP protocols.

- Experience in automotive infotainment and vehicle interface validation.

- Good understanding of ECU integration and automotive communication.

- Strong debugging, log analysis, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) architecture and vehicle services.

- Knowledge of AUTOSAR and automotive ECU communication.

- Experience with automated regression testing frameworks.

- Exposure to Automotive Ethernet and service-oriented architectures.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
