Hiring : Vehicle Integration & Validation Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Integration & Validation Program Manager to lead vehicle-level integration, commissioning, validation, and issue resolution activities for global automotive programs.

Location : India

Experience : 15+ Years

Note : Automotive OEM / Tier-1 Background Preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead vehicle integration and validation activities across the development lifecycle

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing, and Suppliers

- Drive vehicle commissioning, test readiness, and launch support activities

- Manage SW/HW integration, issue tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution

- Support vehicle builds, validation events, and gateway reviews

- Collaborate with global customers and suppliers to ensure program delivery

- EV Programs Exposure

- Infotainment, Instrument Cluster, ADAS or Vehicle Electronics

- CANoe, Diagnostics, ECU Testing

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

- Experience with global OEMs/Tier-1s

- EV vehicle programs

- Japanese customer exposure

- Functional Safety / ASPICE awareness
