Role: Junior Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Full-Stack Feature Development: Develop, test, and maintain responsive web application features using ReactJS, NodeJS, and TypeScript.

- API & Database Integration: Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrate WebSockets for real-time data updates, and write optimized SQL queries for PostgreSQL / MySQL databases.

- UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma/UI designs into clean, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks/component libraries.

- Code Quality & Best Practices: Write well-structured, readable, and reusable code while adhering to established coding standards, git workflows, and unit testing practices.

- Web Security Hygiene: Follow secure coding practices to prevent common web vulnerabilities (XSS, SQL injection, CSRF) and handle user authentication flows (JWT, OAuth2).

- Bug Fixing & Optimization: Debug, troubleshoot, and fix technical issues reported in production or testing environments to improve performance and stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional hands-on web development experience.

- Core Tech Stack: Solid proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript, along with HTML5 and CSS3.

- State Management: Hands-on experience with state management libraries/tools (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API).

- Databases: Practical experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), including writing basic queries, joins, and schema operations.

- APIs & WebSockets: Good understanding of RESTful API principles, JSON data formats, and basic knowledge of WebSockets for real-time communication.

- Version Control: Familiarity with Git (branching, merging, pull requests) and Agile team workflows.

- Security Basics: Awareness of fundamental web security concepts (HTTPS, JWT, CORS, basic OWASP awareness).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with container tools like Docker or basic deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

- Exposure to automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress).

- Understanding of modern UI frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Ant Design).

- Passion for learning new web technologies, serverless architecture, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
