Job Title : Data Analyst Lead

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and Mentor : Supervise, coach, and develop a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality output and career growth.

- Data Strategy & Execution : Drive data initiatives that support business objectives by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities through advanced analytics.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.

- Reporting & Visualization : Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and regular reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Data Quality & Governance : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems. Define and enforce data governance best practices.

- Project Management : Prioritize, plan, and oversee the delivery of data projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced Analytics : Apply statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques to solve complex business problems.

- Tooling & Automation : Drive automation of recurring data processes and reporting to improve efficiency.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.

- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.

- Ability to translate raw data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

- Prior experience in operations or business analysis is a plus.
