Role : UiPath Architect and Automation Lead

Responsibilities :

- Able to perform UiPath projects Design, Leadership and Collaboration

- Track and Report development, and engagement status

- Verify backlog grooming, accountable for various sign offs

- Optimization and Innovation

- Responsible for the overall engagement, from an offshore perspective

Technical Skills :

- Extensive experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath's broader ecosystem (e.g., Apps, Document Understanding, AI Fabric).

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or VB.NET.

- Advanced understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP services, and database systems like SQL Server or Oracle.

- Experience in integrating RPA solutions with OCR tools, machine learning models, and cloud-based platforms.

- Experience in UiPath platform and admin activities, including product upgrades and migration.

- Experience in driving Continuous Improvement in UiPath.

Experience :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath and RPA development.

- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-level automation solutions.

- Prior experience leading RPA teams or large-scale projects is highly preferred.

Certifications :

- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory).

- UiPath Solution Architect Certification preferred.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.

- Familiarity with other RPA platforms (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

- Knowledge of AI and ML integration with RPA workflows.

- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
