Job Overview :
Twixor is seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer for a full-time position based in Chennimalai.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI solutions across multiple platforms.
The role is integral to the advancement of Twixor's innovative customer engagement products, working with an agile team of technology experts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications And Skills :
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Bot Framework (Mandatory skill), enabling the development of robust, scalable bots optimized for diverse enterprise use cases.
- Hands-on experience using Dialogflow CX (Mandatory skill) is required for building and managing complex conversational flows on Google Cloud platforms.
- Practical knowledge of Rasa Platform (Mandatory skill) to develop, train, and deploy conversational interfaces with advanced NLP capabilities.
- Experience with Azure Bot is required for integrating bots with enterprise-grade cloud services, enhancing scalability and security.
- Prior experience as a conversation AI engineer, with the ability to design natural, engaging, and context-aware dialogues for customer-facing bots.
- Hands-on experience working with various chatbot platforms, illustrating flexibility in adapting to new environments and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in integrating REST APIs, facilitating seamless interactions between bots and external business applications, services, or databases.
- Solid JavaScript coding skills to build, customize, and extend chatbot functionalities, and enhance compatibility with front-end and back-end systems.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational bots using Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow CX, and Rasa Platform to address enterprise requirements.
- Create conversational flows, natural language models, and intent recognition mechanisms to deliver seamless customer experiences across multiple messaging channels.
- Integrate chatbots with REST APIs and various backend systems to automate business processes and deliver real-time customer services.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality chatbot solutions on schedule.
- Continuously analyze user interactions to refine conversation models and improve bot accuracy, personalization, and user satisfaction.
- Monitor bot performance, handle incidents, and proactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations of deployed solutions.
- Document bot workflows, integration points, and development processes, ensuring maintainability and facilitating future enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, AI advancements, and chatbot frameworks to propose and implement relevant technological innovations.
Work Location : Chennai (Work from office).
