Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices using GoLang.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs for high-performance financial applications.

- Integrate and leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity and code quality.

- Work with RDBMS and NoSQL databases for data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization.

- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and data teams to deliver secure, efficient, and robust solutions.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and integration processes.

- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices and code review standards.

- Ensure high standards of security, reliability, and scalability across backend services.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in GoLang, AI-assisted development, and fintech technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of professional backend development experience.

- Strong proficiency in GoLang (Goroutines, Channels, Concurrency, Error handling, etc.).

- Proven experience in Fintech or related financial systems (payments, banking, lending, etc.).

- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Tabnine, etc.).

- Solid understanding of REST API design and integration.

- Experience with Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, etc.) databases.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

- Understanding of containerization (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
