Role Overview :

We are looking for skilled AEM Developers with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and architecture.

The role involves building scalable, high-performance AEM solutions, developing custom components, and integrating AEM with external systems while ensuring best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.

- Build custom components using Sling, OSGi, and JCR.

- Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher for caching, performance, and security.

- Integrate AEM with external systems using RESTful APIs.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, performance tuning, and best practices.

- Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues in live environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery model.

- Work with version control and CI/CD tools to ensure smooth deployments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3- 6 years of hands-on experience in AEM development and architecture.

- Strong expertise in custom component development using Sling, OSGi, and JCR.

- Hands-on experience with AEM Dispatcher configuration and performance optimization.

- Solid programming experience in Java / J2EE.

- Experience integrating AEM with external systems using REST APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Proven ability in code reviews, performance tuning, and production support.

Good to Have :

- Experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.

- Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Adobe certifications (AEM Developer / Architect)
