Role Overview :

As a Gen AI Architect at Trianz, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated artificial intelligence solutions that solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data scientists, and key client stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable AI architectures. Your daily focus will involve bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade software, ensuring that our AI deployments drive tangible business outcomes and innovation for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing enterprise ecosystems to enhance productivity and decision-making.

- Lead the development of Large Language Model (LLM) applications by implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to ensure high accuracy and context-aware responses.

- Oversee the deployment of scalable AI services using FastAPI to ensure high-performance, low-latency communication between models and client applications.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish best practices for model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and infrastructure optimization to maintain high standards of quality.

- Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, helping them navigate the technical landscape to achieve long-term digital transformation goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying Generative AI and LLM-based architectures in large-scale production environments.

- Advanced proficiency in Python for building scalable backend services and integrating complex AI workflows.

- Proven ability to implement RAG pipelines and optimize vector database interactions to improve the relevance and reliability of AI outputs.

- Strong experience in developing high-performance APIs using FastAPI to support enterprise-grade AI applications.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- A minimum of 11 - 18 years of professional experience in software architecture and AI development, with a track record of delivering high-impact digital solutions.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with distributed teams to meet project milestones and quality benchmarks.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in algorithmic thinking and system design.
