Job Title : AI Engineer (Agentic AI / GenAI / AWS)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Agentic AI systems, autonomous AI workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and Generative AI technologies. The candidate should also possess hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, Python development, and AWS cloud services to build scalable, production-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging autonomous agents and multi-agent architectures.

- Build intelligent AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.

- Develop AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, memory management, tool usage, and workflow orchestration.

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and external tools.

- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance for business-specific use cases.

- Develop scalable backend services using Python and cloud-native AWS services.

- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Implement monitoring, observability, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

- Stay updated with emerging advancements in Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI infrastructure technologies.

Required Technical Skills :

- Secondary Skills: GenAI & LLM Frameworks

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related discipline.

- 5-8 years of software engineering experience with strong AI/ML exposure.

- Minimum 2+ years working on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.

- Experience delivering AI applications from Proof of Concept (POC) to Production.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
